We recommend booking as soon as you have your venue secured – especially for Day-Of Coordination, as dates fill quickly. Most couples book 9–15 months in advance or upon their engagement.

No — and this is important! Even with Day-Of Coordination, we begin communicating upon contract signing and working together 6–8+ weeks before your wedding. That allows us time to finalize details, confirm vendors, build timelines, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will never meet us for the first time on your wedding day.

Yes! We are based in Pittsburgh but serve couples wherever love takes you – including destination weddings! We’ve previously worked in PA, FL, OH, WV, MI, MD, AZ, NV, IL, NC, & SC.

Once you submit an inquiry, we'll schedule a complimentary consultation to get to know you, hear about your vision, and determine which planning package is the best fit. After our conversation, you'll receive a custom proposal and contract. To officially reserve your wedding date, simply sign the contract and submit your retainer.
